I'm on instagram as a page admin from past 2 years and in this duration I have grown almost 5-6 pages organically. 

In today's blog I'm sharing my experience of 2 years as a page admin and gonna answer some frequently asked questions which comes in your mind before becoming an page admin or Instagram creator! Let's get started.

Frequently asked Questions ( FAQs ) regarding Instagram Page admins, Content Creators & Instagram Algorithm!

1. Does instagram pay creators for making videos?

Ans. 

Nope! Instagram doesn't pay single amount of money to Creators for making videos! 

2. How do instagram creators or page admins earn money?

Ans. 

There are many other ways to earn. In case of page admin, the admin can earn by paid promotions, Paid Collaborations and by doing some paid edits & works! And in case of Instagram creator or influencer, they can earn by the same and some additional ways like they can get sponsorships, etc.! And the most final way of earning is to sell page or his/her ID!

3. Does hashtags matters to viral posts?

Ans. 

Yes but not that much! Nowadays instagram algorithm acts very smart. It catches the proper people for the proper post. In my opinion hashtags matter only 3 to 5% to viral posts! Yes sometime hashtags can give reach to your post but that is not the proper audience relating with your niche. They'll not engage to your post. So you should use only relevant & limited hashtags while posting.

4. Can we grow our page on 0 following?

Ans. 

May be not. At least in starting stage you should follow the creators who makes the same content as you! It's just because if you're a beginner and at beginning stage instagram doesn't know your content/niche. so to get detected your content by instagram you need to follow some creators of your category. And in my opinion, Don't follow another category's creators at your starting stage at least!

5. How to Upload Posts / Reels in High Quality on Instagram?

Ans. 

Firstly I'll clear that, instagram doesn't supports high quality uploading on Android.! You can Upload in High quality only from iPhone and PC/laptop. In android instagram always compress your uploads and as a result quality of your Post get reduced.

Solution for it is, you can download and use Instander. Basically it is Modified APK of Instagram. It works well like instagram with more additional features like downloading posts, additional fonts for stories, high quality uploads, and many more. And about privacy, I can't confirm it by sure .. you should use at your own risk. ( I'm using the same for 2 months and never faced any issue.)

6. Does Adding stickers like Polls & questions to your story gets more story views ?

Ans. 

Yes of Course! When you add stickers like Polls and questions, The Instagram pushes your story at the first place in user's story queue. So when the user starts watching their stories he/she gets first recommendation of your story. Hence resulting in the increase in story views. Sometimes story views almost gets double because of these stickers.

7. Does Quality Over Quantity is good for instagram growth?

Ans. 

Yes always. If you're posting daily 3 videos with normal editing then it can gain only likes, shares & saves, not followers. But if you're showing maximum efforts in editing and enhancing video quality then it will gain likes, shares, saves along with followers too, even if you're uploading a post per 2 days.

8. What if I add fake followers to my account? Could my post get a good reach?

Ans. 

Possibly not. It is very rare that you're getting a good reach from explore with fake followers. Actually for getting reach from explore, you need organic engagement on your post. But fake followers doesn't engage with your post. Resulting in not hitting your post to Explore. The account becomes completely dead, with only followers count on the profile. The engagement to your posts will be negligible.

9. How many followers can I gain, if my one of the reel hits 1m Plays?

Ans. 

You can gain min 800 to max 5000 followers per 1m plays on your reel. It varies between the qaulity of your reel. Quality includes the editing efforts, your content, and many more things.

10. Does your username, Profile picture and Profile Bio helps in gaining / attracting more followers.

Ans.

Yes. It helps 10 - 30% in your growth. If you choose better username & profile picture, of course it will attract the audience to visit your profile. And further your posts says it at all. If you're doing something good, they'll follow you for sure.
